Custom Transfers

This listing is for gang sheet transfers. Please email me at blackdiamondcreations@outlook.com or upload at checkout a high resolution file 22.5” wide by your desired height. See the below guidelines for artwork. Please note at this time each Image in your file will be cut from the sheet to be individually cured so you will receive individual sheets of each design instead of one large roll.
 
-- ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS --
You can have as many designs as you want as long as you can fit it in your selected print size. Please save your artwork as PNG. Resolution is 300 dpi
 
 How to press on your shirt -- 1. Pre-press your shirt to remove any moisture. 2. Apply transfer and cover with parchment paper or Teflon sheet. Press at 310° Fahrenheit for 10 seconds for cottons and 260° Fahrenheit for 10 seconds both with heavy pressure. (Please make sure your heat press is calibrated before pressing as sometimes your digital display will read differently than your heating element) 3. These are cold peel transfers, meaning you need to let it cool before removing the film from the shirt. Once cool simply remove the film. 4. Cover with parchment paper/Teflon sheet and press again for 10 sec same temp.

Please check that your heat press is accurately heating to the correct temperature with a heat gun. 
 
If your file is to large to send please scale it down and let me know the origional dimensions and I will scale it back.
